Renewing your Konnect subscription

After your subscription, your satellite dish and equipment will be installed and then you are ready to use internet.

When you subscribed, you probably purchased one or more packages, in which case the first package will be activated immediately. If you purchased several, you will have chosen how you want the following ones to be activated - either at the end of the month or when your high-speed data was used up. 

However, at some point all your available packages will have been used up. That is when you will need to renew your package or purchase a different package to continue enjoying the internet using your Konnect kit.

If you have not renewed for a while and your kit has been unused, don't worry. Your account is still open, just waiting for you to be ready to purchase another package. As soon as you do so, your service will be up and running again.

Where can I renew my Konnect package?

You can now choose where you would like to renew your Konnect package.

If you would like some advice about which package to choose, we recommend you visit a Konnect shop or distributor or call Customer services to renew.

All of our current packages are available both for new customers and for customers who want to renew their package.

They are designed to ensure you get the best value for money wherever you live.

How can I pay for my renewal?

How you pay for your renewal depends to a large extent where you decide to renew your offer. 

If you choose to renew in a Konnect shop or with a Konnect salesperson, then you can pay either in cash or with mobile money

You can also call Customer Services to renew and pay using mobile money.  If you're based in DRC, we accept M-Pesa and Orange Money and in Côte d'Ivoire we accept MTN mobile money payments.   

If you decide to renew with one of our Konnect distributors, they may propose either cash or mobile money payments depending on their policy. 

How can I pay Konnect using mobile money?

In Konnect shops and with Customer Services, you can now pay for your renewals using mobile money in many places. 

If you're based in DRC, we accept M-Pesa and Orange Money and in Côte d'Ivoire we accept MTN mobile money payments.  

When you wish to renew and have decided which offer your would like to purchase, the Konnect sales agent or customer services agent will give you a merchant number to use for the payment.

Important : Only use the merchant number when you are instructed to do so by a Konnect agent. That way, we can make sure the payment is correctly attributed to your account.

When your transaction is approved, you will receive a receipt from the Konnect sales agent. Additionally, an invoice will be posted to your account in the My Konnect customer portal for all package purchases.   

Can I renew with Konnect Customer Services ?

Yes, you can now renew by calling Konnect Customer Services and using mobile money.

If you're in DRC, you can renew using M-Pesa and Orange Money.

If you're in Côte d'Ivoire, you can renew using MTN mobile money.

Once you've selected your offer, our customer services agent will give you a merchant number to make your payment. using your usual mobile money payment provider. 

Important : Only make a payment to the merchant number provided when instructed to do so by your Konnect agent.
