Whether you need to consult your data usage, get help using our service, download a bill or simply consult and manage your Konnect package, the my Konnect Customer Portal is here to help. Designed with the help of Konnect customers to ensure ease of use and to match your needs and expectations, the customer portal will ensure you get the most out of your Konnect subscription.

In the My Services section, you can quickly consult which offer you have, what data allowance is included and when it expires - or check out your data usage. Don't forget night time data is not deducted from any data allowances you have!  

If you want to check your terms of service or download an invoice, they are also available for your convenience.

In the My Equipment section, you can check your modem is working correctly and find everything you need to do a reliable speed test

Finally, if you're in need of help, go directly to the Assistance section, to find all the answers to questions our customers ask frequently. If that doesn't help you find a solution, you can always open a ticket to customer services online if it's not convenient to call us.

How to use the My konnect Customer Portal

Where can I find the My konnect Customer Portal?

Your My konnect Customer Portal is accessed by visiting https://client.konnect.com and clicking on ‘Sign in’.

How do I access the MyKonnect customer portal?

First visit: https://client.konnect.com and click on ‘Sign in’. Here you will be asked to fill in your email address and password.

The email address will be the same as you used when you first signed up to your Konnect service. If you aren’t sure which email you used, have a look through your inboxes until you find your Konnect confirmation emails. This will be the email address to use.

Fill in your password and click on ‘Sign in’.

What happens if I forgot my login details?

If you have forgotten your password, visit https://client.konnect.com and click on ‘Reset My Password’. You will be prompted to fill in your email address and will receive an email to this address with a code, which will allow us to verify your email. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your new password and login.

If you no longer have access to the email address you first signed up with, you will need to get in touch with your local Customer Services on the numbers below :
